DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO REQUEST A PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

No. The first exchange at Duloren Online is free! In other requests for exchange of the same order, Duloren Online reserves the right to make a new freight charge and other postage charges.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE MY EXCHANGE / RETURN?

The deadline for requesting the exchange of the product is up to 45 days after receipt of the goods.

* Purchase regret period is 07 (seven) days after receipt of the goods.

* For products purchased during promotional campaigns, only exchanges by size and / or defect will be accepted.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY PURCHASE, HOW TO DO IT?

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has a period of up to 7 (seven) days, from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw or regret the purchase.

After informing our SAC of your order number and the product (s) you want to exchange, we advise you to pack the product and if you do not have the original packaging, you can use another that protects the product from damage, and go to to a post office with the Postcode. The deadline for posting at any post office is up to 30 calendar days. The product must be shipped together with the original invoice, with the following information on the back:

FULL NAME, CPF, ORDER NUMBER, RETURN PROTOCOL, REASON FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND SIGNATURE.

The parts must contain the Duloren labels intact, not washed or used, without odors or stains and without changes made by the customer (eg adjustments, etc.) and original packaging, including box and plastic packaging.

The refund process for cancellation of the purchase will only start after analysis by the quality control department to check its conditions. If the product meets all the requirements above, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for it.

The product that does not meet the conditions required above, will not be accepted as a return, and will automatically be sent back to the original address. Under these conditions, Duloren reserves the right to make a new freight charge.

For refund of payments made by credit card, we will cancel the purchase with the operator and the return of the amounts can happen up to 2 (two) invoices after the request for a refund, according to the rules and policies of the card operators, from the date returned product analysis response.

For refund of amounts for orders paid by bank slips, debit or transfer between accounts, the reversal in the current account will be carried out within 72 hours (working days), counting from the date of the analysis of the returned product.

The bank deposit can only be made in a checking account of the account holder, coinciding with the same CPF and registration data.

If you have not made the payment, the boleto and the order are automatically canceled after the due date.

HOW TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

You can request the exchange of the product when you want another model, color, size or it has a manufacturing defect.

After contacting our Customer Service and receiving the exchange procedure by e-mail, the return of the post will be made together with the exchange procedure when ordered to return to the factory.
